Shocking Cancer-Causers to Remove from Your Home: Being beautiful starts with being healthy.

We might actually know some of these things but just found out some really shocking
ones, that can cause great harm to us. To remain healthy and beautiful, we should start looking into these..

Cancer Causers
1. Air fresheners: Often contain napthelene and formaldehyde. Try zeolite or natural fragrances from essential oils. For more information, see Easy Greening: Air Fresheners.
2. Art supplies: Epoxy and rubber cement glues, acrylic paints and solvents, and permanent markers often contain carcinogens. For more information, see Arts and Crafts: Make it Safe.
3. Automotive supplies: Most are toxic. Keep them safely away from the house and dispose of at a hazardous waste disposal center.

Must Have in your Wade-rope.....Basics

GAP Curvy Jeans
Jeans: A per of black and blue jeans is a perfect pick up to go any were.

Garnet Hill Ruffle Trim Cardigan

Cardigan

The cardigan is the perfect layering piece -- but don’t feel compelled to stick with the old fashioned basics.

Talbots Blouse

Blouse

The blouse is back right now, and it’s an easy way to upgrade your casual closet.

What Not to Wear: The Rules

BODY TYPE: Curvy and petite
THE LOOK: Casual wear
THE RULES:
"Look for pieces that accentuate your curves and flatter your figure."

BODY TYPE: Tall and thin
THE LOOK: Casual wear
THE RULES:
"Blouses really fit your frame. This one has some visual flare with its blue and black pattern. Also, instead of doing a cropped pant, go for a pair of jeans. Jeans will really be flattering to your figure -- even if you don't want to do skinny jeans, you could certaintly do a straight jean and look great.

BODY TYPE: Athletic
THE LOOK: Casual wear
THE RULES:
This type of dress is great because it is: 1) very figure-flattering, and 2) fits into a lot of areas of your life.
The neckline of the dress elongates the neck and accentuates the waist, giving the illusion that your legs start way up. This visual stretching thins you out

BODY TYPE: Curvy and tall
THE LOOK: Casual wear
THE RULES:
Look for casual basics that really show off your curves in a way that is situation-appropriate.
The best thing about a polished casual look is that you can wear it to be a mom- on-the-go, but the look's pieces can also be worn to a casual office environment.
A great pair of dark denim jeans are your best friend. For a casual look, you want something that is simple and uniform -- no rhinestones, no zippers, and no rips."

My goal in life is to be directed by God at all times cos my life just has to give him glory and I can only do that through his leading.

I'm playfull and sometimes not, I loooove movies, and i loooooove telling stories and letting people know how special they really are. I'm about 5'4.2(not really tall). I love everything about masscom and thats why i'm in it. I've got lovely family which I love dearly. I'm a christian(true christian) and i'm proud of being one(i'm telling you it has so many benefits e.g Jesus always leads me in the right direction, I'm in the Covenant university Choir, and I love it. I want to live a life that will strongly impact my world making it a much mch better place, and if more people have that goal this seemingly impossible dream will come true

Happy new Month!!!!!!!!!!

Its the beginning of a new month September, and would want us to explore alil about the word.

September or Sept. is the ninth month of the year in the Julian and Gregorian Calenders and one of four months with a length of 30days
September in the Northern Hemisphere is the seasonal equivalent of March in the Southern Hemisphere.
In the Northern hemisphere, the beginning of the meteorological autumn is 1 September. In the Southern hemisphere, the beginning of the meteorological spring is 1 September.
September begins on the same day of the week as December every year, because there are 91 days separating September and December, which is a multiple of seven (the number of days in the week). No other month ends on the same day of the week as September in any year. In Latin, septem means "seven" and septimus means "seventh"
September's birthstone is the sapphire. The meaning is clear thinking.

The Zodiac signs for individuals born in this month are Virgo (Early to Mid-September) and Libra(Late September).
The birth flowers for September are the forget-me-not, morning glory and aster.
Alot we don't know about the world you know, so instead of just looking around and partying, lets sit out make researches about the month and see what we can make out of it.... From me to uuuu... muahhh
